Initial Session:

At Woodlands Nutrition, we specialize in several different food and eating concerns. This includes Eating Disorders (including Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, Orthorexia, and Avoidant and Restrictive Food Intake Disorder/ARFID), a non-diet approach and intuitive eating, family nutrition, and  digestive disorders.

If you aren't able to use insurance and are in need of financial assistance for appointments, please reach out for our sliding scale rates.

Woodlands Nutrition does not verify coverage for BCBS. In order to verify insurance coverage, you will need to call BCBS and verify your benefits before we file on your behalf. You can use this script for guidance when you call BCBS!

We can provide a superbill for any any clients that are looking to use insurance.

Talking about food is one thing but experiencing that food is another. Whether in office or off site, exposures to specified feared foods can be addressed.

What's A Parent To Do?

In Person or Virtual Meal Support

Meal Support is a way to encourage and guide you when struggling with following your meal plan or looking for ways to "practice" the nutrition goals made in sessions with your dietitian. Woodlands Nutrition offers both in office or virtual meal support as well as dining out options.

A support and education group for parents and caregivers of adolescents with eating disorders. This is an 8 week group led by a therapist and dietitian. Topics include: Eating disorder basics and role of the treatment team, The Family Table, Body Image and much more.
