These exposures happen bi-monthly. This will include restaurant “challenges” with peers. It is a small group setting. These will resume when it is safe to eat at restaurants.

Dining Out Group Exposure

Talking about food is one thing but experiencing that food is another. Whether in office or off site, exposures to specified feared foods can be addressed.  

A support and education group for parents and caregivers of adolescents with eating disorders. This is an 8 week group led by a therapist and dietitian. Topics include: Eating disorder basics and role of the treatment team, The Family Table, Body Image and much more.

Kathy Veath provides clinical supervision and consultation for nutritional services. If you are interested in obtaining your CEDRD certification through IAEDP, she is happy to help you achieve this goal. All sessions count towards your hours needed for certification.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes and can be either in person or virtual.
